Welcome to the family big girl!

Hi Folks, how have you all been? Keeping well?

We have taken delivery of our new family member last Monday! She is a Volkswagen Passat Variant (Wagon) 206TSI R-Line. We have been tossing around the idea of getting a bigger car since Princess O was born, and finally settled on this big girl. With the upsized family, little black (aka – the Tiguan) was getting a bit cramped with minimal boot space once we have put Ollie’s pram inside.

So here we are! We have landed on the up sized Passat B8 Variant, 2litre EA888 engine at 206kw with 350nm torque, ample leg room front and rear, and most importantly, a huge boot boosting 650lit of space and a shopping trolley list of safety feature.

I will (yes… will) do a detail report on the car as part of a media commitment next month, and for now, let’s look at this beautiful baby!!!!

Credit to Tony at Klasse Detailing Sydney for the paint correction and coating! He can be contacted here https://www.facebook.com/klassedetailing/?fref=ts (I will do a detailed review later on… he is a freaking perfectionist .. I am amazed!)

Stay tuned and please share this post on your favourite social media sites!

The Mighty Jervis Bay – our Staycation [/steɪˈkeɪʃ(ə)n/]

Hi Folks!

I have promised another update right? Here you go, second blog post of the night! INFINITICIOUS style! (Oh well … the real cause is I couldn’t sleep… GO AWAY INSOMNIA!) … anyhow, let’s get started!

DSCF4357Jervis Bay – an oceanic bay in the South coast of New South Wales. Roughly 2.5 to 3 hours drive from Sydney CBD. It is famous for its beautiful white sand beaches. (apparently the whitest in the world!?) Regardless, it is absolutely beautiful! It is surrounded by coastal, marine and hinterland National Parks offer fantastic bushwalking, cycling tracks, Indigenous culture, camping spots, cliff-top lookouts and maritime heritage. More details: Please Click Here!

I have took a few days off in Feb and we have decided to head down to this beautiful place for a staycation with another lovely couple. As you will know by now, I love road DSCF4335trips! Especially a road trip with all the pretty sceneries! We take the scenic route from Royal National Park (aka good old Natio!), drove past the sea cliff bridge and went straight down to Jervis Bay through Wollongong. We have hired a cottage by the lake at Ewrol Bay, the view over there is just breath taking! Such a relaxing place and I will highly recommend you to experience it first hand!

Alrighty … let’s see some photos of this picture perfect place!

INFINITICIOUS Photos Time! Ciao for now and please like and share this place!

What is in my camera bag? Fujifilm Chapter.

Hi Folks! I have received a few messages from you guys asking some very similar questions, so I have decided to answer them in two different blog post. The first question is what camera gear did I brought with me for the Melbourne trip and how I have found this in comparison to my Nikon gears before. The second question is what camera pre-sets I have used for the photos. Let me start with the gear questions first! Here we come the good old “What is in my camera bag?” post!

Eat – Play – Love – Melbourne Day 5

Hi Folks … another late night blogging … I have just returned home from lovely Melbourne. I have processed the photos on the plane, just in time to post for this post!

I wasn’t feeling too well this morning and hence delayed all the activities… (not that I have much planned..) The flight was at 8.30pm, we went to the famous Chapel Street for some lunch. It is like the Paddington of Sydney, but with a Melbourne taste. Girls would love it here, and you will lost them here as well!! Anyhow …

Later on in the day, I have decided to wander around St Kilda and Brighton Beach area. This is my first time to Brighton beach, this become a famous tourist attraction with those colorful bath boxes on the beach, especially among Asian tourist (!).

Alright … I am getting a bit sleepy… Let’s show you some photos from today!

Eat – Play – Love – Melbourne Day 4

Second last day in this beautiful city… I haven’t do much today. Drove an hour and a half to Mornington Peninsula, did some casual shooting on the beach and then went to the Peninsula Hot Spring! Since I couldn’t take the camera inside the bath house, I have limited snaps to show you folks!

Model Courtesy today – Claire! Thanks for joining the INFINITICIOUS trip!

Eat – Play – Love – Melbourne Day 2

Evening folks… it’s 1.44am now and I have just came back to the hotel not long ago… (well … not really… I have finished all the editing already… just for all of you!)

I haven’t been to the Great Ocean Road for nearly 9 years now … it is still the same! Still so breath taking!!! I have always loved this coastal drive and couldn’t find anything like this to match in Sydney today.

Just like yesterday… the travel blog bit will come later, but promised you that I will bring you all photos first! Continue reading

Just received some goodies today for my Japanese lady … from Korea!

Mr Postman is the Santa for me today! Just received some goodies for my XT-1 this morning from Korea!

Gariz – a boutique camera accessories brand from the land of Asian fashion capital, Korea (arguably). I took notice of this brand since my DSLR days, but have not tried any of their product until now. Gariz, named after it’s Chief Designer’s name Gary. They are running this “Mirrorless Project” to design products for different mirrorless cameras.

DSCF2304Let’s starts with the half case, tailor made for the X-T1. It comes in a very cool box and a protective pouch.  I have chosen
the brown colour case to match the retro feels of Miss XT-1. Genuine leather has been used throughout with a metal base plate that lock onto the camera via the tripod mount. Continue reading
